At 28 years old with 10 years of career experience in personal training, and 5 of that owning my own personal training business I have come to understand that exercise has to be a part of our daily routine. As a husband, father, and personal trainer I feel that it is essential to be an example for my clients, and a greater example to my family. My key to staying in shape is staying consistent with my exercise routines each week, and putting a strong emphasis on nutrition. I eat 6 meals a day with a balanced ratio of protein, carbohydrates, fats, and good amounts of water. I do not deprive my body of foods I enjoy, so I reward my hard work on Sunday by having a dessert and dinner foods of my choice. Monday roles around and I am ready to get on track all over again.
When you sign online all you see are new ways to lose weight fast, and to get that flat six pack for the summer in just 30 days, but I am here to help you know the truth about those advertisements. The first step to reaching any fitness goal is to make exercise a part of each day, whether it is 15 minutes to an hour. My personal training techniques are not magic, and results do not come without hard work but combine that with consistency and you will have great results. Of course the nutrition plays 85% of your success with any fitness goal so please read my other blog postings to found out helpful nutritional information. You will feel better than ever before when you invest in your body's health!
