"I'm trying to lose weight" has to be one of the most famous phrases in America! The true answer to this goal of weight loss is doing it in the right way, and I want to help you do that.
I am so proud of a client of mine that has been training with me for 6 weeks now and has lost 16 pounds, and close to 20 inches through-out his body. I share this to prove that it is possible to see incredible results with weight loss and toning, but you have to be consistent and disciplined.
I use routines for weight loss that involves resistance training, cardiovascular, and
plyometrics all in one. With this you maintain a high heart rate, muscle fatigue, and a high calorie burn. This part of weight loss is the easy part. The difficult part is complimenting these intense routines in the studio with frequent eating every 3 hours. This eating has to involve proper
carb, protein, and fat balance to keep the metabolism working throughout the day and night.
