Stay on Track

I hope everyone is having a great summer so far and enjoying the warm weather. Summer is a great time to mix up your exercise routine and get outside at the park, your back-yard, or the beach to perform a brisk walk, running, and simple body weight exercises. These simple activities in conjunction with a regular resistance program at the gym will provide great fitness results in more ways than one. The more frequently an individual can increase their heart rate, body temperature, and blood flow the more likely they will target unwanted body fat on a consistent basis. I use this principal with my clients at Body Sculpt Training to help transform their lifestyle and in return their bodies. I want my client’s bodies to be burning fat around the clock and that requires daily exercise, sometimes twice a day for 30 minute segments along with a balanced nutrition plan. I go as far to say that without proper nutrition, you are slowing the fat burning process by only relying on exercise.
