As a husband, father, and personal trainer I feel that it is essential to be an example for my clients, and a greater example to my family.  My key to staying in shape is staying consistent with my exercise routines each week, and putting a strong emphasis on nutrition.  I eat 6 meals a day with a balanced ratio of protein, carbohydrates, fats, and good amounts of water.  I do not deprive my body of foods I enjoy, so I reward my hard work on Sunday by having a dessert and dinner foods of my choice. about exercise I found myself just tired of the same routine, and ready for a change. I took my inside the gym workout and turned it into a mixture of cross training, weight resistance training, and interval cardio training.  I already feel in just one week rejuvenated to reach new levels of fitness just because of that simple change in my routine.  I have been personal training now for 6 years, but have been training myself for 13 years.  I have found that every 4 weeks my body and mind are ready for a change in workout routine, or I begin to see less results and begin to get complacent in my exercise.  My clients have seen success b/c I change their routine for them, but I change it every two weeks for them!  Why would you change a clients routine every two weeks? The true answer to this goal of weight loss is doing it in the right way, and I want to help you do that.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am so proud of a client of mine that has been training with me for 6 weeks now and has lost 16 pounds, and close to 20 inches through-out his body.  I share this to prove that it is possible to see incredible results with weight loss and toning, but you have to be consistent and disciplined. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I use routines for weight loss that involves resistance training, cardiovascular, and &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;plyometrics&lt;/span&gt; all in one.  With this you maintain a high heart rate, muscle fatigue, and a high calorie burn.  This part of weight loss is the easy part.  The difficult part is complimenting these intense routines in the studio with frequent eating every 3 hours. As I was performing my own workout routine in the gym today I noticed individuals that seemed to be motivated to exercise but found themselves wondering around the gym trying to figure out what to do next.  So I thought I would give a few tips on how to receive some quick noticeable results.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I tell all my clients that working out in the gym or any kind of exercise without proper eating is equal to running your car without ever changing the oil.  The car will not burn gasoline efficiently, and will not last the expected life span; it will age quickly.  The body is very similar!  The body needs the balanced 5 to 6 meals a day in order to keep the metabolism working and to supply the body with proper nutrition.  This supply of nutrition will fuel the body in order to burn off unwanted fat and to replace it with lean muscle.  If you are exercising and wanting to loose weight, gain lean muscle, and see good results quickly, you have to eat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The exercise then follows and that is where my unique exercise routines work along side the proper eating to fuel your bodies into a fat burning fire! The related benefits are increased O2 levels, faster recovery time, and increase in muscle endurance.  When these elements begin to improve the client begins to notice results in body physique, and the ability to train harder for longer periods of time.  Work done equals energy expended which in returns means results!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-20 free standing squats super setted w/ 30seconds of jump rope. x 2 sets&lt;br /&gt;-15 Mini Trampoline squat jumps super setted w/ 30 sec. high knee sprint on trampoline x3 sets&lt;br /&gt;-1 min. of 100% sprints outside, w/ 30 seconds of jump rope, rest 1 minute.  Repeat for 2 sets.&lt;br /&gt;-6 1minute 100% sprints with 30 second rest in between each sprint.&lt;br /&gt;-1 minute elbow and toe plank on floor super setted with 15 full sit-ups with  medicineball. Use left hand for following set of 30. Rest 2 minutes and repeat for one more set.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Barbell straight leg &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;dead lift&lt;/span&gt; w/ barbell &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5"&gt;bent over&lt;/span&gt; pull (over handed grip) for 15 reps for 2 sets, 1 min. rest between.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;15 jump squats w/ a 40 yard sprint &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_6"&gt;immed&lt;/span&gt;. following jump squat, rest 2 minutes and repeat for 3 sets.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Complete workout with a 5 minute stretch session.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;This workout is for my advanced clients, but I do modify the same routine to suit beginners.
